Job Details

• Salary: From $60,000 to $100,000 per year
• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Bedford Hills, NY 15522

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
• Inspect vehicles and review service history to accurately identify customer service needs.
• Recommend appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding product details and service requirements.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates for recommended services and obtain customer authorization.
• Monitor service progress and communicate with customers regarding any changes in cost, timing, or recommended services.
• Manage warranty repairs for new and used vehicles following manufacturer guidelines.
• Confirm service appointments by telephone prior to customer arrival and conduct post-repair follow-up.
• Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure all services and repairs are completed to satisfaction and communicate results with customers.
• Comply with state and federal automobile repair and consumer protection laws.
• Exemplify the company's values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors.

• Minimum of two years experience as a service advisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record in the state of employment.
• Positive attitude with a high-energy and professional demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
