Job Details

• Salary: From $45,000 to $60,000 per year
• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Bedford Hills, NY 15522

Position Overview

As a Parts Counter Person, you will play a key role in supporting our parts department by delivering excellent customer service, managing parts inventory, and assisting technicians and customers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and bill all automotive parts accurately
• Maintain proper storage and organization of parts inventory
• Stock shelves and keep the parts department neat and clean
• Assist retail customers and service technicians, including answering phones professionally
• Manage parts inventory through bin counts and detailed record keeping
• Handle pick-up and delivery of parts as needed
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring availability on some evenings and Saturdays to meet department needs.

Qualifications

• One to two years of prior automotive parts experience in a retail or dealership environment
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player
• Computer literate with basic data entry skills
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license with a clean or near-clean driving record
• Flexibility to work some evenings and Saturdays
